GENERAL INFORMATION

The Belfast Rugby Club has a range of options for all types of functions.

The following tabs outline areas for small functions, large functions and business presentations.

Bookings

To book any of our facilities or make any enquiries on hire charges etc, please contact us by phone on 03 323 8024, 0274 359 762 or by email belfast.rfc@xtra.co.nz

The guidelines below cover all areas and functions.

Deposits - 50% on hire charge at time of booking.

Bond - A $150 bond is payable on all bookings and will be refunded on the condition that no damage is caused and that no expense is incurred by the Belfast Sports and Community Centre Inc.

All the above charges include bar staff and cleaning.

Alcohol is not permitted to be bought into the facility - all alochol consumed on these premises must be purchased at the bars.

Please note that for any function where the bar is required to be open, a Special Licence is applied for and the applications take 20 working days to complete.
